Glenn brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, spanning roles as a supplier, applicator, and trusted adviser. With 15 years as an adviser and award-winning sales professional at Dulux NZ, Glenn has a proven track record of delivering excellence.

As a Construction/Specification Representative at Sika NZ before joining Arch Sealant, Glenn is known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality. Glenn is a leading adviser on specialist sealant solutions and ensures every project meets the highest standards.

Shef is a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in project management across commercial and residential construction. She has overseen projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality outcomes and seamless delivery for stakeholders at every stage.

Shef plays a key role within the Arch group, managing the construction administration function with expertise and precision. Outside of work, she enjoys the rewarding journey of being a first-time mum and pursues her passion for running, finding balance in her busy life.

Stella, a Licensed Civil Engineer, brings technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership to every project she undertakes. With a talent for collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators, she ensures reliable, results-driven outcomes for Arch Sealant.

Her experience includes major projects in Dubai, such as Dubai Creek Harbour and Jumeirah Village Triangle. Stella excels in technical office support, tender take-offs, quotation preparation, project management, and procurement, contributing exceptional value to the team.
